1. From Messenger, select Edit menu.  The following submenus are all gray out.
Actual result:  Undo, Redo, Cut, Copy, Paste, Delete and Select All are all gray
out
Expected result: Compare this to the previous build, they are not gray out.
Will check win_nt and Mac

Maybe a command updater problem? Reassign to hangas.

This bug is on all three platforms.

This is not really a bug.  All the menus should be disabled when they are not
available for use.  They will become enabled when it is possible  to use them.
This is going to start happening to many of our menus that are not enabled.  So
if there is a bug, it would be about things like: input fields do not yet support
cut, copy, and paste from the menu.  Please close this unless you want to turn it
into a bug against some UI that does not yet support some of these menu items.
