Steps to reproduce:

-Install Windows x64 58.0a1 (2017-10-13) (64-bit)
-Log into WhatsApp Web
-Try to select emojis with mouse click


Actual results:

Practically all emojis can't be selected with mouse click anymore. Works with keyboard though.

Also tested with a new profile. 


Expected results:

Emojis can be selected with mouse click like before.
Additional remark: Before the first mouse click the hand cursor is shown while hovering over an emoji, as expected. After the first click the mouse pointer stays in the standard arrow form.
This might be the same issue as bug 1408607. Could you try the try build in that bug? (select the green B next to "Windows 2012 x64 pgo" and download "target.zip" in the list below)
Can confirm this is fixed for me with the try build for "Windows 2012 x64 pgo".
