Need to figure out financial cost if any, general feasibility and maintenance costs of Zeus' virtual appliance.

I spoke with Kevin Hickey and Jim Young at Pulse Secure about this, the virtual appliance delivery method of the Virtual Trafffic Manager (aka vTM, aka Zeus). Some highlights: There is no financial difference, licensing is unrelated to delivery/installation mechanism. There isn't much benefit or drawback to the Zeus VM method. It is a Ubuntu 16.06 image, and we can install e.g. agents and ssh in (these didn't used to be allowed) so that's good at least -- it'd work, but I don't see a lot of advantage over our existing setup. Even updates would be pretty similar, you install a upgrade package similar to existing methods.
