On Windows when I kill(CTRL-C) a mochitest it leaves a Firefox, xpcshell, and a ssltunnel process running. On Linux and MacOS the processes are closed. This normally isn't that big of a problem since you can close the Firefox window and that will take down everything else, but in the new headless mode, one must then go into the Task Manager and kill all these processes.
Do you see "Received keyboard interrupt." on Windows? https://dxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/bc7a5be76b723cf6aac1a919156e74997c5f4902/testing/mochitest/runtests.py#2697
Yes, I see: >> runtests.py | Received keyboard interrupt. >> >> Stopping web server
