We need to confirm TCP port 17990 is opened between BER Vidyorouter (vrouter1.ber3.mozilla.com) and SCL3 VidyoRouters (vrouter1.mozilla.com vrouter2.mozilla.com vrouter3.mozilla.com vrouter4.mozilla.com vrouter5.mozilla.com)
Have you tried it? This should be open already as of bug 1407011.
