attributes set after start
As I understand 'last-tab', it should be always set on the last tab. But this isn't always true. When starting FX with two tabs, the 'last-tab' attribute is together with the 'first-tab'. And the second tab has only the 'last-visible-tab' attribute. See attachment. STR: - Set FX to open two tabs. - Close and open FX and check the tab attributes.

This attribute is unused in mozilla-central; we should remove it.
