Details

Under the Window menu, there should be a submenu called "Cycle Through Windows" and its keyboard shortcut should be Command+Tilde. This will go through all of Mozilla's open windows in the order listed in the Window menu, starting with the window that currently has focus. This would make it easier, for example, to go to a compose window buried under several navigator windows (such as when I need to surf for additional information to paste into my mail messages or newsgroup posts). Many Mac applications have this feature and it would be very useful if Moz had this too, since MacOS users tend to look for this in their apps.

nah.. on a swiss german keyboard, it would be: CTRL+ALT GR+^ ..not a very confortable shortcut imho for this keyboard layout..
How about Ctrl+F6, standard for cycling "child" windows in MSWin apps?
This is effectively a duplicate of bug 53505, which is targetted at 1.0.1 (but isn't assigned to anyone). That bug has a fair bit of discussion on the appropriate key combination to use, and was generally in favour of something other than Cmd+~. However it appears there is an Apple HIG for the key combination, at least under MacOS X. Resolving as dupe - please add comments on the key to 53505 _if_ it hasn't been covered already. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 53505 ***

Bruce: that bug doesn't address the presence of the "Cycle Through Windows" submenu. Can this be the bug for that or is there a dupe for that? Thanks. Sagie: Mac users aren't familiar with F6 just as Windows users aren't familiar with Cmd+` (mainly because there is not Cmd button in Windows) so we should use the shortcut used by Mac people.
