We get faxes via Hylafax (http://www.hylafax.org).  The faxes come as .tif
attachments to email.  In both the win9x and linux versions, the email
containing these attachments does not even indicate there is an attachment.

This worked fine in 0.9x; it broke for RC1.  Other types of attchemnts work fine.

We're seeing the exact same behavior on both linux (RH 7.2) and windows 98
workstations.
