Those file names are wrong - I aassume they're just typos, and its complaining
about "LocalFindProxyForURL", with the o. Line 833 is wrong - 83 makes more sense.

Can you attach your .pac file to the bug?

Thats a strange error, though.

Did you configure PAC via the prefs UI, or that really old documentation that
gagan posted on the mozilla site?
