1409209 - Warn users on disconnect of Sync that their data will not be deleted from the device

Upon disconnecting from Sync, many users believe that their data will delete from the browser. 

I think we have 3 options to make the experience better (and more private) without making any big changes to Sync:

1) we display a warning about this and perhaps as a phase 1, we link to Preferences where they can pick what they would like to delete.

2) or, we link to a SUMO article that explains how to do it.

3) or, perhaps we offer to delete History, passwords, form data and all the rest (?) from the device.
