Steps to reproduce:
Literally just go to any Wikipedia page and this will happen.
Actual results:
There's a split-second display of the basic html version of the page then the actual webpage from Wikipedia.
Expected results:
The wikipedia page loads properly without any hiccups.

Problem resolved. Was caused by the "Adblock Ultimate" extension.
