Certain product tiles should be shown/hidden only for certain locales:

1. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/ - https://screenshots.firefox.com/WbeUDcSpPjdmPdZn/support.mozilla.org

Should have all product tiles visible

2. https://support.mozilla.org/id/ - https://screenshots.firefox.com/rphkWSrSCU0ljfQ4/support.mozilla.org

Should be the only locale other than en-US showing Firefox Rocket

3. https://support.mozilla.org/de/ - https://screenshots.firefox.com/iV0vLYVQyxkTbt1X/support.mozilla.org

Should not be showing Firefox Rocket

This example is only for Firefox Rocket, but other products/locales could also benefit from the option to hide/show locales
