We have a lot of people that need questions answered. However people don't always know when to ask in the channel or not, don't know about the email list, or don't know to whom the question should be directed to (this last part is probably the most important). We should also specify what kinds of information are helpful; for example links to queries or analyses, all error lines posted in a pastebin, etc, and what the exact need is.
