Drag the url icon from the urlbar of a branch build into the content area of
today's trunk.  Nothing visible happens, and on stdout I see:

This worked as of late last week.  Heikki suggested it should be a smoketest
blocker; certainly it's a regression in very commonly used functionality.
Regular drag & drop from window to window works, but not from trunk build to
branch build window. Downgrading.
