Details

My dev environment is serving without a header or footer. Everything else looks fine. It's kind of nice but since it's not an accurate reflection of the site I'm working on it should be fixed. John and Ryan said it's related to the attachment domain and `ENABLE_RESTRICTIONS_BY_HOST`.
