Steps to reproduce:

Upgraded from MozillaFirefox-52.3.0-1.4 to MozillaFirefox-56.0-1.1
This is in OpenSuSE Tumbleweed (x86_64) dated 2017-10-17.  
I ran Firefox and navigated to https://www.bankofamerica.com/ (account required).
Select the page for your credit card.  Click on "Use ShopSafe" in the lower right corner.



Actual results:

The separate ShopSafe window opened, it appeared to download a file that could not be identified (obviously the Flash program), then it sat there with an empty window.  



Expected results:

On MozillaFirefox-52.3.0-1.4 after downloading the program it displays a GUI to list and manage your virtual credit card numbers and to get another one.  

I tried reverting from 56.0 to 52.3.0, and Flash once again functioned.  

I got the same results with all these versions of freshplayerplugin: 0.3.7-3.6 and 0.3.7-3.4 from PackMan, and 0.3.7-1.1 from SuSE.  

I avoid Flash like the plague, so I don't have other more public sites in my repertoire to test on.  May the fleas of a thousand camels infest the nether regions of whoever in Bank of America is refusing to shell out the money to upgrade their thing to HTML5. 

For other users: I keep Flash disabled at all times, except when using this one feature.  The "ask before executing" choice results in a non-functioning flash program similar to what I see in this bug; you need to switch between "always enable" or "never enable".
