140998 - could not load xpistub.dll

In running Setup for Mozilla 1.0 in Windows 95 on Pentium machine,
ran into "Error 1114: Could not load ~\ns_temp\xpcom.ns\bin\xpistub.dll"
Tried with a second full download; same results. Only refs I could find related 
to xpistub in earlier bug reports were in Linux.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Downloaded Setup for Win32 (successfully)
2. Started Setup
3. Completed menu section of Setup
4. hit "Finish"

Actual Results:  "Error 1114" mesage popped up

Expected Results:  finished loading itself!

On the second try, I even copied and saved the "temp" files so I could check for 
the xpistub.dll file, and try loading again without having to download it all. 
Still no success. I will be trying on a "more modern" machine when I have time, 
but it would be nice to get this loaded to test on Win95.
