I totally panicked when I tried something interesting with a heading link in a document and all of Confluence crashed with this message:
> This site is currently undergoing maintenance. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Augh! Fear! Panic!
So there's a scheduled upgrade underway, and it's not my fault for trying to link to a heading with a contraction in it after all. Hooray.
Can our Confluence host clarify this text to say (for example) "planned maintenance" when it's an intentional outage?

Now that this is on Contegix we use email and statuspage notifications instead of banners so no longer relevant.

Filed Contegix ticket 1424368 for this and they have said that they are adding that "planned" wording to their standard procedure for planned downtime. Thanks for your patience!
