Preconditions: Top Sites Edit menu is opened.

Steps:
1. Hover a Top Sites tile
2. Click on the "Pencil" button
3. Edit the Top Site name and click "Save"
4. Observe the edited Top Site

Expected results:
Step 1: 	
The tile is surrounded by a gray border.
Step 2:
The Top Site edit overlay is displayed.
Step 3:	
The overlay is dismissed.
Step 4:	
The Top Site name has changed and it is pinned in that position.
