While adding contacts to the address book, I hit "enter" instead of "OK". This
caused the address book to hang, and subsequent attempts to load the thing have
failed (it just hangs). No error is generated, and talkback doesn't launch (and
yeah, it's active.)

The only way out of it is to CTRL-ALT-DEL and end the address book's task,
which, oddly enough, also takes out any other Mozilla entries I have. Maybe it
was meant to be that way, I dunno. I'm no programmer.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load address book
2. Create a contact, hit enter to finalize
3. AB should hang

Actual Results:  I don't need step 2 anymore. I'll try to reinstall RC1 after I
fill out the rest of this form.

Expected Results:  Allowed me to continue adding contacts.

WinXP / 2002053012 / JRE 1.4.0-rc

WFM, also this bug was encountered using an old (3+ weeks) build of Mozilla, if
this bug persists using a current build, please get this bug reopened.
