Steps to reproduce:

Installed either:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-GB/firefox/addon/bitwarden-password-manager/
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-GB/firefox/addon/styl-us/

Two displays: 1x HighDPI, 1x Non-HighDPI
layout.css.dpi is set to the default -1.0

Position browser on non-HighDPI monitor and select the extension icon on toolbar.



Actual results:

Drop-down panelappears but scaling is wrong.
