The PGP key on https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/security is expired. We have generated a new key and the text needs to be replaced with this new one. In addition the transition.txt file needs to be replaced with the new one.
Also need to update the text "We changed keys on October 23, 2014." to "We transitioned keys in October 2017."
