[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Open Firefox
2. Resize the window to its minimum width
3. Right-click on the Toolbar and select "Menu Bar" (or press ALT)
4. Observe the buttons and the text from menu bar.

[Expected result]:
- The minimize, maximize and close buttons are not overlapping the text.

[Actual result]:
- The minimize, maximize and close buttons are overlapping the text.

I hope this pushlog is helpful, because I couldn't generate it with mozregression and it's an old regression.
