Steps to reproduce: 1. Start the Firefox browser and go to "about:addons" page, at "Get Add-ons" section. 2. Resize the browser and observe the horizontal and vertical scrollbar. Expected results: - One horizontal and vertical scrollbars are displayed. Actual results - Two horizontal and vertical scrollbars are displayed. Notes: - This issue is reproducible on all sections from "about:addons" page. Have at least 3 addons installed for "Extensions" section. - This is reproducible also on older Nightly build, including Nightly 46.0a1 (2016-01-10) - Attached is a screen recording with the issue.

This feels like a frontend bug rather than layout bug, unless frontend guy can prove that their code is reasonable and there should be an additional scrollbar in a narrow size.
