Hi Craig - 

Here are Design QA notes:
- Increase top margin padding by 50px
- Use the Firefox Quantum logo lock up (attached to the bug) 
- "The new Firefox" and "Fast for good" should be bold and 36 pt
- Decrease the height between "fast for good" and "this is what ..." by roughly 20px
- Increase left padding by roughly 50px
- bring more of the browser window image in to view so that it looks like it takes up about 2/3rd of the page

I think you're referring to the English letter version with the group photo at https://bedrock-demo-craigcook.us-west.moz.works/en-US/firefox/57.0/whatsnew/ ? That's in bug 1411076 (probably shouldn't be a separate bug any more but at the time we filed these we weren't sure how things would shake out).

You can see this B version in locales without the letter from Chris:
