This quarter, we'll be working on an API to record and query events for Activity Stream, backed by a storage strategy (materialized views?). The goal is to create a proof of concept Rust library that we can embed on multiple platforms.

The work and discussions will live in a separate GitHub repo (https://github.com/mozilla/activity-stream-storage-prototype); this bug just exists for tracking.
Plans are very fluid things :)
