1411247 - Update Leeroy's Jenkins plugins

Leeroy has some fairly scarily outdated plugins. We recently updated to Jenkins ver. 2.73.2 (LTS, released 2017-10-11), but there's a big scary red indicator that warnings have been published for installed plugins, and the list is... not small.

Given that Leeroy is locked down (only ops can login, as it is behind the cloudops Jenkins proxy), and the fact things are working ok at the moment, the impact of these plugins staying outdated for now feels fairly low.

My reason for not clicking the magical feeling "download now and install [plugins] after restart" button is that the list of available updates is quite literally 30 plugins long, includes some fairly major version jumps, and Jenkins is known for plugin interdependency hell. [1]

Am I just a weenie? You decide.

Miles, Brian: Does the new infra use this Jenkins? Is this still valid?

The new infra does not use this jenkins, and this node is deprecated prior to the cleanup of mozilla-webeng.
