141136 - Cancelling "new type" in helper apps section of prefs closes main prefs window

Mozilla build 2002-04-25-10 on Windows 2000 pro sp2.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Open Prefs -> Helper applications -> New type
2) Click "choose"
3) Cancel dialog
4) Cancel choose dialog

Expected result: you are returned to the prefs window
Actual result: prefs window is closed and other changed preferences are saved,
ie it seems to okay the dialog, rather than cancelling it.

Testing this on XP, 2002043010:
The prefs window isn't closed when i do step 4, but it looses focus, and slips
behind the browser window. 

Reporter: If you move those windows away, that can possibly cover the
preferences window: is preferences still open?

Ahh, sorry.  You're quite right.  The prefs window *did* just lose focus.  My
fault for not testing properly :-(.
