mfbt/
nsprpub/
servo/
testing/web-platform/

:gps, should we work towards getting missing.json to an empty list?

Yes. I would go so far as to fail the task if any file is missing a bug component association. Otherwise we'll continuously drift out of compliance.

ok, I will push on the 4 directories and then see where we are at.

bugs are in place for the major contributors to missing.json- ideally when this is done we can look over the remaining <100 entries and fix them up properly.

we are down to 76 remaining items in missing.json, majority are in testing/web-platform and pending needinfo in bug 1411980 should help us get this down to a smaller number.
