Details
If you press Get New Mail w/o an Inbox.msf, we assert in Mork. We should just handle getting new mail w/o a database.

I have a fix for this in my tree I'll be checking in when the tree opens today. to test. Take an exisiting pop account, delete your Inbox.msf file for that account. Now run messenger. Select the pop Server (but don't select the inbox! just select the server..we want to test get new mail without a .msf file, if you select the inbox we'll automatically create one). After selecting the server, hit get new messages (make sure you have new mail to be downloaded too =)). After the operation is done, expand your folders and select the inbox. There should be a delay here while we build up a msf file for the inbox. Then verify that your new messages are there.
Using 19991026 builds on win98, mac and linux and a POP3 account this is fixed. However the status bar misstates the # of messages it's receiving (which is a different bug, I'll look for it). Verified
