From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WinNT4.0; en-US; rv:1.0.0+) Gecko/20020429 BuildID: 2002042908 Two problems: - graphical table borders are not displayed as the rest of the page, they are brighter (something like a "solarize" effect" - page scrolling is very slow with 100% CPU consumption The same happens on www.pclinuxonline.com (think they are both generated with the same portal software, maybe phpnuke) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. go to www.kdevelop.org 2. look at the page in another browser 3. scroll down al look at cpu consuption Actual Results: Wrong rendering, slow scrolling Expected Results: Proper rendering, smooth scrolling I can provide screenshots if needed
This is caused by a combination of large graphics, and the size of the html file of the web page. Mozilla has issues with certain video card drivers as well. If you upgrade to the latest driver the problem might lessen. Especially on NVIDIA. If you visit http://www.amamax.com you will probably experience the same problem.

I suspect this is just a dup of the various NT-only graphics stuff dcone's been working on... This worksforme in the 2002-04-28-07 linux trunk build.

Answer to jorge,: I looked at http://www.amamax.com/: the page scrolls a bit slow, yes, and in fact the background image is brighter than the one displayed in IE 5.0, but overall the page looks nice. I have a Matrox G100, btw.
