User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.13; rv:57.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/57.0
Build ID: 20171023180840

Steps to reproduce:

Since the latest Beta update, I'm now seeing the generic application icon for Firefox in the dock and task switcher, but not if I inspect the app package.
I can't reproduce this.
Component: Untriaged → Widget: Cocoa
Product: Firefox → Core
Marcia, could you check if upgrading from an older Beta to the most recent one is enough to trigger this? We should also find out if there have been any changes to the app icon, bundle identifier or similar in that range.

I downloaded 57 Beta 5 and updated to Beta 11, using a new profile on my 10.13 machine. I did not experience the icon issue following this path.
