[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Start Firefox.
2. Open the Hamburger menu.
3. Open the Library sub menu.
4. Open the Bookmarks sub menu.
5. Open the Library menu from the toolbar.
6. Repeat steps 2-4.

[Expected result]:
The Bookmarks submenu is opened without issues.

[Actual result]:
A glitch can be observed during the transition from the library menu to the Bookmarks submenu.

This is reproducible with "Downloads", "Synced Tabs" and "History" from the library menu also.

Does this still happen on current Nightly? I'd expect this to have been fixed by some of the work Paolo did on panels.

This issue is no longer reproducible using Firefox 61.0a1 (BuildId:20180426220144) and Firefox 60.0b16 (BuildId:20180426170554) on Windows 10 64bit, macOS 10.13 and Ubuntu 16.04 32bit.

Mozregression pointed out that one of the patches for Bug 1428839 may have fixed this issue as well.
