When a table is inside a div and the div is hidden, the borders of the table are
visible, though they shouldn't be.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. http://www.dhtmlkitchen.com/css/positioning/
2. see the borders of hidden tables
3. click around some tabs to see the actual table

Actual Results:  Table border is always visible

Expected Results:  Table border should be hidden when the table is hidden

Similar to: Bug#:135782, but unrelated to border-collapse;
Similar to: Bug#:140280 (Mac only)

Is this bug mac-only, or does it affect all?

Duplicate of '"visibility: hidden" does not hide table borders with
"border-collapse: collapse"' (tables with the "rules" property set get collapsed
borders....)
