It's time release Focus/Klar 2.3.

I'll attach the release APKs to this bug. We need to sign them with the release keys (+ zipalign) and upload them to Google Play (Alpha + Beta channel).

Submission to Google Play (And release on the Beta channel) is planned for Oct 27, 2017. Planned release day is Nov 2, 2017.

The APKs are built from the code tagged as v2.3-RC3:

Sylvestre, we are just going to go with the following for all languages - no need to localize it.

'Bug fixes and stability improvements.'

Can you make this change before you ship it to all users?

@Sylvestre: We are ready to roll out 2.3. The crash rate is okay-ish - but there are some oddities. We assume that we see some crashes in a different ratio because of the smaller beta user group. Can we do a slow roll out this time? Let's start with 20% and watch?

Susheel: I added "Bug fixes and stability improvements" but to be honest, I don't see the point of writing this standard stuff (especially only in English)

Thanks Sylvestre - no problem on the German translation. We can't always have this string localized so we feel some update, even in English, is better than none. Barbara can speak more about why we want to always have a release note, but generally having no release notes disappoints some users.

Looking at other apps in German my favorite is:

Eventually we should just translate a generic sentence with a link to our SUMO release notes page? :)

Sylvestre, the strange crash rate has dropped a lot, so I think it should be fine to fully release this over next few days (next week?).
