I think at this point the only thing we can do with this test is to prevent it from running on test platforms that are prone to these intermittents. I'm done trying to hack on it to make it more resilient on dog-slow systems. After all it tests timing behavior.

The timeout in the test file seems to be too short which can lead to intermittent failures. Filed https://github.com/tc39/test262/issues/1566 upstream.
