1412255 - Add bubble_stat and notification_stat column for onboarding telemetry

Analyzer want to monitor the engagement with Firefox logo with speech bubble (happens before the 1st notification appears)

We'd like to add `onboarding_icon_click` event and append `bubble_stat` column in session/event with one of ["bubble", "dot", "hide"] state to track the current speach bubble state

added `onboarding_icon_click` event in bug 1412257, so only need focus on the bubble state here
