+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1411270 +++ Cristina got her level 1 access in bug 1393955. To push commits like merges, backouts and checkin-requests, Softvision sheriffs need level 3 commit access.

Added active_scm_servo_vendor bit per :Aryx request. <nli> Ni-Ya Li (Linear, 李霓雅) according to the bug you posted, she has been got her scm_level_3 enable 09:08 but seems she needs scm_servo_vendor? 09:08 A<Aryx> yes 09:09 for her, it's the most urgent (so she can perform code merges in a training session today on her own, but under guidance/surveillance). 09:09 the other 4 people who got level 3 around the same time will also need it, but they will use it tuesday, wednesday, etc.
