To upgrade from using the shared stubs for Compare to the CacheIR variant we need to keep the Baseline inspector working. I implemented something that should work for the current types that we support that weren't supported before. It however seems like we always infallibly unbox for Compare_String, Compare_Object and Compare_Symbol so this might not work out and we just keep it disabled until we support int32/boolean/number (w/ undefined) again.

I don't think we need this, bug 1341261 has a similar patch.
