See the attached recording file.
1. Open the http://kanquwen.com/. Put the mouse pointer on the articles separator line.
2. Open a new tab with Ctrl+T hotkey, or just switch to another tab.
3. Switch back to the tab with Ctrl+Tab hotkey.
4. Move the mouse up and down. If there is no reproduction, try again.

Can you try again on the latest nightly and see if the issue is fixed?
