1. Open the http://kanquwen.com/. Put the mouse pointer on the articles separator line.
2. Open a new tab with Ctrl+T hotkey, or just switch to another tab.
3. Switch back to the tab with Ctrl+Tab hotkey.
4. Move the mouse up and down. If there is no reproduction, try again.
