User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: I updated Firefox to new version 56.0.2. Tried to open newwatch.slingbox.com as before with older version of Firefox. Actual results: Got message "web browser not currently supported by slingplayer plug-in" Expected results: Slingbox player should open.
Removed and reinstalled Firefox and Slingbox, no success.
I guess your Firefox has been upgraded to the 64-bit version as planned [1] but Slingbox somehow says it only works with 32-bit browsers [2]. Please try to reinstall the 32-bit version of Firefox [3]. [1] https://wiki.mozilla.org/Firefox/Win64 [2] http://support.slingbox.com/KB/KB-2000449.aspx [3] https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/

There is nothing to fix here, if the plugin is clearly marked incompatible to 64-bit browsers on Windows.
