The problem is not reproduced on 57b12. Reproducible: always Steps To reproduce: 1. Open https://www.digicert.com/ssl-certificate-installation.htm 2. Mouse move over top menus (slowly move mouse pointer downwards from the top of content) Actual Results: The pulldown menu is translucent for about 1 second. After that, The pulldown menu is rendered as expected. Expected Results: The pulldown menu should be rendered instantaneously.

I can confirm the problem was fixed on latest nightly build of Nightly58.0a1. Build ID 20171031235118 User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:58.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/58.0
