1412827 - Block Symantec DLLs causing ImageBridgeChild::InitForContent with alternate desktop.

We're still getting a lot of crashes on Nightly.

This will block different Symantec DLLs to last time (bug 1406068), which hopefully won't cause the same issues.

I'm also going to change k7pswsen.dll to always be blocked even if not loaded in parent as it is still appearing in a lot of the crash reports.

Attachment: Add Symantec DLLs ffm64 and ffm to the sandboxed child blocklist

This patch also adds k7pswsen.dll unconditionally as it is still appearing
in many crash reports despite the block working in a test VM.
