58.0a1 (2017-10-29) (64-bit) Mac OS X

STR:

1. in console enter "navigator.mediaDevices.getUserMedia({video:true});"
2. see permissions prompt open
3. switch away to some other app

Expected: Panel either closes, or stays visible in Firefox but behind the new foreground app.

Actual: Panel stays visible on top of whatever other app is now in focus.
Hm, I haven't seen this on OSX yet, only on Linux. But I can also reproduce in my latest Nightly. Does anyone have time to get a regression window for this?
