Details
I cannot apply the Modern theme or any downloaded theme to the browser.
Reporter: Please always include build ID in bug-reports, and steps to reproduce.
WFM, 2002043010, XP.
Note: One has to close the browser and restart in order to make the theme change
take effect. Newer builds show an alert about this.

WFM. resolving.
reporter (Alfred): if you are still having this problem, please reopen this bug
again with more details. you might want to try uninstalling and reinstalling a
recent build of mozilla, and possibly creating a new profile.
