Seen while looking at Mac crash stats - affects 57 beta 11 and 12 and seems to be confined to 10.13: http://bit.ly/2iNJHJT

There is also another similar signature which affects the other versions of Mac: http://bit.ly/2z5JrMb. That signature has crashes in earlier betas as well as in 58.
This will be solved by uplift in Bug 1411866.

The description is the same with Bug 1409224 which solved by cubeb import Bug 1411866. The latter also uplifted to 57. I will set it as dup.
