With File:Print and a range of 4-5 or 3-5, Mozilla prints pages 1-2 or 1-3 instead.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to <http://www.sunhelpdesk.com/users/john/002.htm>
2. Choose File:Print
3. Type 4 into the From: field
4. Type 5 into the to: field
5. Hit Return
Actual Results: Mozilla prints pages 1-2
Expected Results: Mozilla should print pages 4-5

WFM using 2002051208.
Using http://www.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla1.0/, I specified pages 3-5 and
that is what printed.
One thing which is misleading: The print progress dialog that the OS puts up
says "printing page 1, printing page 2, ..." despite that fact that the code
specfies that the first page is (in this case) 3. This may be a quirk of OSX - I
observed the same thing in printing pages 3-5 from TextEdit.
