Refer to bugscape bug#14240. When we create an account with an smtp server it should always use the associated smtp server.

This has been tested by QA on a test build and certified as a safe fix - nominating for branch. The bug for the duplicate smtp server is the following one. http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=132948 - Add a second IMAP/POP account & a duplicate SMTP server appears in the SMTP list.

Branch build 2002-05-01: WinMe, Linux RH 7.1, Mac 9.1, Mac 10.1.3 Verified/Fixed on the branch after trying the following scenarios: Created a variety of multiple accounts in one profile and they were all successful in send/receiving messages.

I seem to be seeing this problem after adding an imap account to my (very old profile) - is the problem fixed on an old profile or should I trash my prefs.js? on 1.0RC2 win, btw stefan
