Details

Includes npm 5.5.1 as well. Per discussion with Standard8, I'm going with 8.9.0 for now as it's the new LTS version and 9.0.0 hasn't gotten much testing yet. We can decide for a future release whether to stay on 8.9.x or migrate to 9.x instead.
