Details

Description of the hypothesis: Users on mobile devices tend to search for answers to issues directly into their home search function or with their Voice Search functionality. Hence the two user stories: I as a user don't want to have to create an account to ask a question if I cannot find in a search. Proposed Solution: Add a feature in mobile products to tweet to or facebook message to the social support channels. #fxmobilehelp or a variation.
